Quality
There are few characteristics of natural and organic produce that which needs to be understand & acceptable by customers. Natural & Organic products can vary in size, texture, taste & shape due to climatic conditions because in natural farming no artificial chemicals are added to promote any growth or enhance the taste or appearance. It will be provided to you as nature has nurtured it.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 24 hours.
The goods are in the original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned: Ghee, Oils, Teas, Sweetners, Spices, Gift Boxes/Hampers and other food item will not be accepted back due to hygiene reasons.
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. Please write to us at following address along with your order number details.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery. Discounts:
Coupon codes, gift cards, promotional codes, affiliate codes or discount codes are applicable only on the products. The discount is not applicable on shipping charges, combos, or any ongoing offers.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Once order is shipped there is no provision of cancellation.
The deadline for canceling an Order is within 24 hrs and before shipping. Once order left our facility cancellation is not possible & will be charged by the customer.
